At the start of the process he provided us with an extensive market analysis of our home. He suggested a pretty aggressive price but his reasoning seemed solid. He provided us with an estimate of all the closing costs and sellers net proceeds which turned out to be spot on when it was all done. The week before our listing was posted he prepped the house for pictures inside and out. The listing was very professional and appealing. When the viewings started he would pass along feedback and he kept us up to date. When the offer came in that we eventually accepted he walked us through the whole process communicating along the way.
